At ADA we aim to work with clients for whom attracting and engaging the very best candidates and providing them with a positive recruitment experience is a primary objective. 

From our inception as specialists in HR recruitment, clients who valued our quality led approach and ethos asked us to use the same methodology to deliver assignments across a variety of disciplines and sectors – meaning that today we are a more generalist search and selection practice, still with strong roots in the HR sector. 

We partner with clients to deliver executive search, network search and advertised selection – focusing on senior and mid-level assignments on a permanent and interim basis. 
Being small means that we are agile and can tailor our approach to our clients’ needs, producing optimal results quickly and professionally.
