Graduate Recruiter (12 month contract), London, Deutsche Bank, salary neg. dependent on experience
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Graduate Recruiter at Senior Associate or AVP level for our client Deutsche Bank, to be based within the Corporate Banking and Securities division. You will be responsible for planning and executing Graduate Recruiting activities regionally, and will recruit for Analysts (BA), Associates (MBA), Summer Intern Programs and 1st Year Programs. Key areas of the role include designing recruitment campaigns and developing strategies for campuses, as well as advising on key trends and developments in the graduate market, and design, develop and launch new initiatives to ensure the best competitive recruiting landscape. A pre-requisite for the role is excellent relationship management, as you will be working with various groups including regional Graduate Recruiting and Training teams, Employee Brand Representatives, Regional Business Partners, HRA teams, Team Captain Committees and Universities.
This role will involve travel in Continental Europe and within the UK particularly during seasonal periods (i.e. September to March).
