Head of Graduate Recruitment – Financial Services (£70-80k p.a. + benefits)
Our client- a leading banking services provider operating in some of the most dynamic markets in the world, is looking for an experienced Head of Graduate Recruitment to ensure the execution of strategic and tactical objectives related to the attraction, selection, and onboarding of graduate talent. The role reports to the Group Head of Talent Acquisition and to the Group Head of Graduate Talent. The successful candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative style, and will build strong working relationships with the local and global business HR and Talent teams. This position offers responsibility, exposure and opportunity to an exceptional candidate.
Some of the responsibilities of the role holder include:
– Assisting the local team in developing the EVP for graduates across all phases of the life-cycle
– Coordinate and confirm global hiring requirements
– Manage regional graduate TA teams to define scorecard metrics
– Pipeline and vacancies management
– Manage job boards and careers website
The successful candidate will have experience in graduate assessment, selection and recruiting, as well as excellent business acumen and cost management. Excellent communication skills are a must, and the incumbent will also demonstrate effective negotiation and project management capabilities.
Financial services experience is an advantage, although not essential.
