HR Reward MI Analyst (AVP Level) – City Based – Investment Banking – £45-55,000 + bonus + benefits
This leading global investment bank based in the City are widely thought to have the most forward thinking Reward and HR MI (management information) teams in the sector. They are looking for an experienced Reward MI Analyst to join their specialist team based in London.
The team is responsible for providing diverse reward based management information and system based processes to relevant stakeholders in divisional and regional reward teams, to support the delivery of year-end and intra-year compensation processes. Key relationships will be with onshore/offshore Reward MI specialists and Reward Advisors as well as with Group and divisional reward functions across Europe, Asia and the US.
Candidates for the role will need to be able to display the following:
- Proven project management record
- Knowledge of compensation processes and systems.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team orientated environment
- Ability to pro actively research, design and develop new solutions and improve existing processes
- Pro actively share knowledge and offer solutions
Ideally your experience will be predominantly MI and Reward based. Superb analytical skills are required for this role as is a consultative approach to problem solving. You should also have some experience in a high volume/large data management environment. You should feel comfortable in a large, matrixed, global organisation, able to work to demanding deadlines and consistently deliver work which is accurate and high quality and be comfortable building relationships and communicating with non-specialist audiences. You should be able to demonstrate a consistent level of high achievement throughout your career. Financial services experience is an advantage, although not essential.
