HR Reward MI Senior Analyst – (VP/Manager level) – London city based – Investment Banking – c.£85,000 base + bonus + benefits
This leading global investment bank are looking for an experienced Reward MI specialist to join their industry leading function.
The HR Reward MI Senior Analyst is responsible for the delivery of reward related intelligence to HR, Finance and the business in order to facilitate effective client decision making.
Specific primary responsibilities of the role include:
Project management of the global delivery of the firms reward related year-end and intra-year activities, coordinating with Reward Advisors, Deferred Compensation Team and HR Business Partners
Coordinating onshore and offshore Reward MI resources to ensure delivery,
Ensuring timely delivery, accuracy and quality of management reporting required for the Reward team.
The incumbent will be responsible for working with the Reward team and HR MI on the design, development and delivery of Reward information and establishing strategic analytics. They need to be a subject matter expert (SME) on Reward MI and its use in business data and analytics.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality value added analysis in support of continually evolving business objectives
The incumbent will collaborate closely with the Offshore MI Relationship Manager and Reporting Specialist team to:
Deliver precise, timely and insightful reward analytics, and information to enable effective business decisions
Leverage other data sources (eg Finance), and external sources to perform and deliver predictive analytics
Develop and deliver ad hoc and standard reports
In addition the Senior Analyst will be expected to inspire others in the HR MI delivery chain and challenge clients and team members to continuously innovate, improve performance and improve quality and ensure effective operation of the MI delivery chain through governance and performance reviews
Key requirements and required experience for the role include:
- Proven track record of managing relationships with senior business clients
- Highly motivated , self starter who excels in a dynamic and collaborative environment
Excellent relationship management, analytical and communication skills, as well as management experience
- HR, Reward and business knowledge
- Close cooperation and effective communication with onshore and offshore HR MI staff, HR product teams, HR BPs and Business COOs / Business Managers
- Experience of operating in a global matrixed organisation and offshoring.
- Absolute focus on quality and performance whilst working to tight deadlines.
